Governing the use of Mahmuttekin engineering documentation, software tools, and consulting services for municipal drainage and flood control projects in Canada.
Mahmuttekin provides hydraulic modeling software, flood forecasting platforms, and regulatory compliance tools for civil engineers and municipal planners. All deliverables are subject to the specifications outlined in the applicable statement of work or license agreement.
Licensees must use the software and documentation solely for lawful engineering analysis and reporting. Unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering, or use outside the agreed project scope is prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.
All models, algorithms, reports, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Mahmuttekin unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. No ownership rights are transferred through the use of the software or services.
Mahmuttekin shall not be held liable for damages arising from the use of its tools in flood risk assessments, infrastructure design, or regulatory submissions. Users must independently verify outputs against field data and applicable engineering standards.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the licensee must cease use of the software and return or destroy all proprietary materials. Sections on intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.
Mahmuttekin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
